About Darrell Remai

Darrell Remai is the founder of The Verandah Group in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He has spearheaded various kinds of real estate development projects over the course of a career spanning more than 35 years. Among others, these ventures include hotels, condominiums, and senior retirement communities. Mr. Remai has experience as a project leader at various stages of development, from early design phases to construction processes, as well as a history of directing long-term property management activities. Prior to the establishment of The Verandah Group, Darrell Remai founded and led Caleb Group. His work there involved construction and management efforts for 19 retirement communities that comprised over 1,800 residencies.

Beyond his real estate endeavors in Canada, Mr. Remai spends time engaging with a variety of business and community groups. He is a founding board member of The Partnership, a Saskatoon-based business-improvement organization, and he has previously functioned as a director and board member of Teen Challenge Saskatchewan and a mentor with the Raj Manek Mentorship Program.
